【演講懶人包】五步曲寫出完美演講開場白!從範例學齊加分字句

 

  在過去五星期,我們學會了完美演講的各式用語、詞匯,以及開場必備「五步曲」。這個星期,我為大家帶來了「完美演說的範例」,整合過去幾星期的「必殺技」,在看範例前,我們一起重溫一下開場白「五步曲」吧!

 

第一步:暗示演講即將開始

 

  演講開始前先確定所有聽眾都已準備好聆聽演講。

 

第二步:「有型有勢」地自我介紹

 

  進行自我介紹,有時候也會介紹所屬機構、單位等。

 

第三步:令觀眾「上鉤」 

 

  爲了引起聽眾的注意力與興趣,愈有創意愈好。

 

第四步:明確告訴聽眾這次演講的目的(purpose)及主題(topic)

 

  說明這次演講的目的與主題,以及演講想要達成的目標。

 

第五步:說明演講架構與流程

 

  說明演講的架構、流程、所需時間、是否有問答時段等。

 

  如果你能好好跟隨以上「五步曲」去計劃演說開場白的話,相信一定可以爲你的演講帶來一個「吸睛」而「有條理」的開始!事不宜遲,即刻為大家帶來結合了這「五步曲」的兩大演講範例。

範例一:

 

 

  第一步:Well, it's about time. Why don't we get started? Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you all for being here. 第二部: My name is Elsa Lam, senior project manager from the Marketing Department. 第三步:As some of you might have heard, our team has been working on the Rose Lip Balm(玫瑰潤唇膏) Limited Edition promotional *campaign for several weeks. To be honest, it's not an easy task to come up with yet another *brilliant commercial *ad for our biggest client, and our teams have been *burning the midnight oil. And, do you want to know what kept us going all night at work? Of course, the numerous free samples of rose essential oil(玫瑰精油)that our *generous client gave us! 第四步: Anyway, today I would like to briefly explain three of the ideas we have come up with so far in the hopes that we can select the best one. 第五步: I'll first go over the three options, and then explain the *pros and cons of each one. If you have any questions, feel free to ask at any time. At the end of my presentation, I'll show you three short video clips we have made for each of the ideas so you can get a better idea as to how the *commercial may look. After my presentation, we should hopefully be able to select the best idea together. The entire presentation should take no more than one hour. Okay. Let's *move on to our first idea.

*brilliant (adj.):卓越的

*ad (n.):advertisement(廣告)的縮寫

*burn the midnight oil (phr.):挑燈夜戰;開夜車

*generous (adj.):慷慨的

*pros and cons (phr.):利與弊

* commercial (n.): 廣告

*move on to (phr.): 繼續前進;進入
