What is your management style?
Some management demands tremendous (巨大的) work on creating comprehensive reports, charts, and more on planning and the results. To be frank(坦白講), this takes up too much of the time and energy of my staff. I try to limit this work and tell my staff to go out in the field, visit customers, and go to exhibitions in order to find and develop real information and strategies.
2. How did you keep a good business relationship with your former boss?
I got along with my former boss pretty(頗) well. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had such a great boss. He provided me with guidance when necessary and let me do my work for most of the time in order to empower me. I occasionally saw her socially, and I enjoyed her company too.
3. Describe your relationship with your previous bosses.

I have worked for a number of different bosses. One of them was the great boss that I talked about before. There were others who were good to work for, and some who were difficult to work for. I did my best to get along with all of them. It was my job to get along with them and carry out their orders. I think that I am fairly flexible and can work for almost any kind of boss. My favorite kind of boss, however, is one who tells me what my job is then lets me do it.
4. Describe your best boss.
My best boss was the owner of a small hotel in Singapore that I managed for a number of years. He paid me well, treated me with respect, and gave me the assistance I needed. He let me run the hotel as I thought best within the guidelines he set up.
