There were 838 short-selling stocks. XIAOMI-W (01810) and TRACKER FUND (02800) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.1 billion and HK$2.85 billion, or 9.61% and 8.85% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 42.38% and 22.11% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and XL2CSOPSMSN (07747) registered HK$1.6 billion and HK$1.19 billion of short sales, accounting for 4.95% and 3.7% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 17.83% and 54.28% of respective stock's turnover.
