There were 798 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.16 billion and HK$2.59 billion, or 11.6% and 9.52% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 41.29% and 56.59% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and SMIC (00981) registered HK$1.87 billion and HK$1.19 billion of short sales, accounting for 6.85% and 4.37% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 47.88% and 12.09% of respective stock's turnover.
