There were 830 short-selling stocks. XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.74 billion and HK$2.6 billion, or 12.63% and 8.76% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 39.98% and 39.74% of respective stock's turnover.
TRACKER FUND (02800) and SMIC (00981) registered HK$1.48 billion and HK$955.48 million of short sales, accounting for 5.01% and 3.22% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 18.76% and 12.2% of respective stock's turnover.
