There were 871 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$11.8 billion and HK$5.79 billion, or 17.4% and 8.53% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 49.59% and 44.86% of respective stock's turnover.
XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$3.96 billion and HK$2.12 billion of short sales, accounting for 5.84% and 3.13% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 39.82% and 11.46% of respective stock's turnover.
