There were 862 short-selling stocks. CSOP HS TECH (03033) and BABA-W (09988) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4.23 billion and HK$3.78 billion, or 7.9% and 7.08% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 35.38% and 29.68% of respective stock's turnover.
TENCENT (00700) and TRACKER FUND (02800) registered HK$2.49 billion and HK$2.21 billion of short sales, accounting for 4.66% and 4.13% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 15.66% and 12.55% of respective stock's turnover.
