There were 852 short-selling stocks. CSOP HS TECH (03033) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4.28 billion and HK$2.27 billion, or 11.71% and 6.21% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 26.83% and 34.64% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and TRACKER FUND (02800) registered HK$1.97 billion and HK$1.58 billion of short sales, accounting for 5.38% and 4.32% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 16.48% and 9.96% of respective stock's turnover.
