There were 804 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$2.58 billion and HK$1.21 billion, or 16.07% and 7.55% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 39.82% and 37.38% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF (02828) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$484.34 million and HK$457.61 million of short sales, accounting for 3.02% and 2.85% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 29.5% and 13.7% of respective stock's turnover.
