With its daily 'Dragon and Phoenix Set Meal', which is always different yet consistently heartwarming,

it has gained fame over decades, becoming the soul of the entire street and even the community. Elderly regulars chat leisurely here; office workers grab a quick breakfast before rushing into another busy day. The vibrancy of this place is the collective memory of generations.

However, the big landlord, Mrs. Tiffany, decides to increase the rent by a hundredfold, and this notice serves as an ultimatum, announcing that this tea restaurant, carrying sixty years of human stories, has only three months left.
